How to get a facility to TB Phase 5?

A facility has reached TB Phase 5 when the relevant THIS Key Implementers (TKIs) have verified the data from the initial capture, using the “Tool for data verification before going live – paper register to TIER.Net” (available under Resources & Tools in the ‘Support Tools’ folder), have found the data quality to be acceptable, and have instructed the facility team to retire the paper TB register.
