How to get a facility to TB Phase 2?

A facility has reached TB Phase 2 when the relevant THIS Key Implementers (TKIs) and the relevant facility staff are implementing the agreed-upon remedial actions, and when training for the clinicians and the admin clerks has been scheduled.
