How to assess and ensure that the TB/HIV Information System is properly implemented and maintained at a facility?

Facility Managers are required to ensure that all aspects of the “Integrated TB HIV Data Management SOP Part I: Facility Level” are adhered to by all relevant staff members. This document is available under Resources & Tools in the ‘Guides and SOPs’ folder.

THIS Key Implementers (TKIs) must complete the “TB/HIV Information System Site Visit Task List”, during every on-site engagement with a facility. This must be done at least once per quarter for every facility. This document is available under Resources & Tools in the ‘Support Tools’ folder.

Facility staff may choose to use the same tool for more frequent internal use, in order to take ownership of assessing and improving the implementation and maintenance of their TB/HIV Information System on ongoing basis.
